The Wellstone Group is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to ensure all dietary procedures follow established policies and to support meal service for residents. The role involves maintaining sanitary conditions, assisting in meal preparation, and coordinating with dietary staff to meet residents' nutritional needs.

Candidates must read, write and speak English, be at least 18 years old, and able to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak the English language clearly.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Must follow oral and written instructions.
• Must maintain sanitation, safety, and proper performance of duties.
• Must have patience and be willing to work with residents.

Responsabilités

• Assure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
• Develop and maintain good work rapport with inter-department personnel and other departments to ensure food service meets residents' needs.
• Create and maintain a warm, calm atmosphere throughout the department and provide positive emphasis.
