Job summary

The Wellstone Group is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in all dietary functions under policy guidelines. You will help prepare meals, serve trays, and ensure portion control and timely service in a resident-focused kitchen environment.

You will maintain cleanliness, follow infection control policies, assist with inventory, and collaborate with nursing and kitchen staff to meet residents' dietary needs, preferences, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, appearance of work areas, regular inspection of food service areas for sanitation, order, safety and proper performance of assigned duties.

Responsibilities
