Job summary

Franciscan Ministries is seeking a part-time Server for Franciscan Village - Lemont, serving meals to residents and maintaining dining room cleanliness. Schedule from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM; duties include setup, bussing, and dishwashing, with adherence to policies and quality service.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification if required.
• Experience: None required; 1+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and set the table in dining rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas including vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas.
• Bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Put clean dishes away in appropriate places.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Dispose of garbage appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
