Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and set tables in dining rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas (vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, storage).
• Bus dining room and run dishes through the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Put clean dishes away in appropriate places.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Dispose of garbage appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with policies and procedures and updates.
