• Ensure food is served in accordance with portion control procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of diets provided and ensure proper delivery of those diets.
• Stock and clean kitchenettes and maintain cleanliness of carts and dining room areas.
• Assist in scheduled daily cleaning duties.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
