Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Server to provide prompt and courteous service to residents and guests in our Texas communities. This role supports dining operations in our senior living and mixed-use settings, delivering meals accurately and warmly.

You'll help with set-up, maintain sanitation, assist with meal preparation under supervision, document temperatures, and ensure a safe, welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of related experience or training preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain any required local or state food handling, supervision, or sanitation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals to residents and guests.
• Respond to resident and guest requests in a timely manner and engage diners to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure beverages are properly prepared and orders meet quality standards.
• Address dining room issues or concerns and escalate to management when necessary.
• Assist with meal preparation and assembly under the Cook or Dining Services Manager guidance.
• Label and date food items, maintain proper storage, and follow sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and set tables.
• Complete required temperature logs during each shift to ensure safety standards.
