Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Part-Time Server to provide prompt, courteous service to residents and guests in the dining area. You will maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and assist with meal preparation under the Cook or Dining Services Manager.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training. Certifications for food handling or sanitation may be required by local/state authorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of related experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must obtain and maintain any required local or state food handling, supervision, or sanitation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Order management: take orders, relay to kitchen, and deliver meals promptly.
• Resident interaction: respond to requests and engage with diners for satisfaction.
• Quality assurance: ensure beverages and orders meet standards, and return items if needed.
• Address dining room concerns and escalate to management when necessary.
• Meal prep support: assist with meal prep under direction and follow recipes.
• Food safety: label, date, store properly, dispose of waste, and follow sanitation rules.
• Dining room upkeep: set tables, clear dishes, restock supplies.
• Temperature logging: complete logs to ensure safety compliance.
• Receiving and stocking: help with deliveries as needed.
