Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group in Texas is seeking a full-time Server to provide prompt, courteous service to residents and guests in our dining spaces, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, relaying to kitchen staff, delivering meals, checking accuracy, and engaging with diners to ensure satisfaction.

You may assist with meal prep under supervision and must meet food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain food handling/sanitation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, relay to kitchen, and deliver meals.
• Respond to resident and guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure beverages and meals meet quality standards and temperatures.
• Address dining room issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Assist with meal preparation under the Cook or Dining Services Manager.
• Label, store, and dispose of food items following sanitation standards.
• Set tables, clear dishes, and restock supplies in the dining area.
• Complete temperature logs during each shift.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
