Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Full-Time Server to provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests in our Texas communities. You will help with meal prep when needed, maintain safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized dining area to ensure a positive dining experience.

You should have at least a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, with certifications as required for food handling and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of related experience or training preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain any required local or state food handling, supervision, or sanitation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Take food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals accurately and promptly to residents and guests.
• Resident Interaction: Respond to resident and guest requests in a timely manner and engage with diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure beverages are properly prepared and orders meet quality standards, including temperature, appearance, and doneness. Return items that do not meet expectations.
• Community Concerns: Address dining room issues or concerns and elevate to management when necessary.
• Meal Preparation Support: Assist with meal preparation and assembly under the direction of the Cook or Dining Services Manager, following standardized recipes and menu guidelines.
• Food Safety & Storage: Label and date food items appropriately, maintain proper storage, dispose of waste correctly, and follow all sanitation standards.
• Dining Room Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies.
• Temperature Logging: Complete required temperature logs during each shift to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Order Handling: Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing food and supply deliveries as needed.
