Qualifications

• Must wear name tag at all times on John Knox Village property.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct wait staff to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Manage the assigned dining venue to ensure high quality food and service.
• Participate in interviewing, selecting, and prescreening of new hires.
• Train new employees and oversee disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with residents, guests, and staff.
• Ensure dining area cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to procedures.
