Eastern Health Group is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in food preparation and serving, while maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas under the supervision of the Dietary Director.

You will assist in meal preparation, tray setup, and delivering meals to residents; responsibilities include checking diet preferences, stocking supplies, and supporting a safe, positive dining environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Assist in preparation and serving of meals and snacks.
• Check trays for menu and diet accuracy.
• Set up trays and deliver meals to residents.
• Set up serving line with cold foods and utensils according to menus.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas; wash dishes and sanitize surfaces.
• Stock and store food items; assist in inventory and storage.
