Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking dedicated team members to work in its restaurant at Windsor Run in Matthews, North Carolina. This role involves welcoming residents, maintaining restaurant operations, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidate has restaurant experience and is available to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
