Erickson Senior Living in Windsor Run, Matthews, NC, seeks an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to lead dining room, café and catering operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards across venues. You will oversee scheduling, training, and development of staff, ensure proper portioning and presentation, and uphold safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dining room management, service and sanitation (up to 1 year of dietetics experience may be substituted).
• Ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Join our team as an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services, where you'll lead a talented team of professionals, oversee dining room and café operations, and support all aspects of mealtime service. How You Will Make An Impact

• Oversee the scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all employees in the restaurant, café, and supervisory positions.


• Ensure that food is properly portioned, plates are attractively presented, and service meets established standards.


• Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock.


• Ensure that dining staff complies with safety regulations and adheres to all company policies and procedures.


• Participate in programs and activities designed to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.

What You Will Need
