LCB Senior Living is hiring a Cook at The Residence at Vinnin Square in Swampscott, MA. This part-time role emphasizes a restaurant-style dining atmosphere with residents at the center of service.

You will support culinary operations, ensure safety and sanitation, and assist with special events and menus. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and Serve Safe Certification, plus 1–3 years in hospitality or healthcare settings.

• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a dining environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high level customer service in a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work with Culinary Services Director to keep residents satisfied with dining programs.
• Assist with supervision of culinary staff as needed.
• Prepare and execute dining enhancement programs and special events.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and storage areas.
• Open and close the kitchen and follow cleaning schedules.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and preparation according to standards.
• Estimate daily/weekly food and supply needs and communicate with directors.
• Prepare meals from established recipes and approved menus.
• Document temperatures before service and for refrigeration.
