Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and monitor food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food adhering to safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining services as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
