Job summary

Companion Health Services LLC is seeking a Server/Cook to prepare meals for residents and staff in our facility. You will guide dietary aides and dishwashers to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a short-order cook is helpful.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of meals as directed.
• Adhere to Federal and State long-term care regulations for food safety and sanitation, and follow all Dietary Department policies and procedures.
• Keep the kitchen and work areas clean by washing and cleaning equipment and utensils, and performing other scheduled cleaning tasks.
• Safely operate and assess the condition of food service equipment.
• Perform other duties or assignments as directed by the Dietary Manager.
