The role requires setting up the kitchen, maintaining inventories, adhering to food safety regulations, and supporting opening/closing procedures while ensuring dietary needs are followed.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Serv Safe certification may be required.
• Two years of related restaurant experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals according to recipes and menus.
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
• Complies with resident diets during shift.
• Reports to supervisor any loss, breakage, or waste.
• Observes and communicates potential problems in the dietary department.
