Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant setting and ability to guide others in food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals with good presentation according to recipes/menu.
• Set up kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed; manage food costs.
• Follow all food safety regulations and state guidelines.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily responsibilities in the kitchen.
