Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic computer skills are required for documenting and ordering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Community policies and procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect of residents to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Ensure meals are prepared on time according to planned menus.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions in daily tasks.
• Prepare and serve meals per standardized recipes and special diet orders.
• Assist in establishing food service production lines and dietary changes as needed.
• Review care plans to ensure dietary information matches served foods.
