Advanced Health Care of Allentown is seeking a Cook I to prepare nutritious meals for residents in our brand-new facility. You will follow menus, dietary guidelines, and portion controls to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating meal prep, monitoring inventory, maintaining sanitation, and collaborating with dietary staff to meet residents' needs while adhering to safety protocols and participating in ongoing training.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in skilled nursing facility or medical facility.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interaction with residents, staff and visitors.
• Commitment to high-quality dining experiences and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines, ensuring portion control and safety.
• Coordinate meal preparation schedules to ensure timely delivery of meals.
