Job summary

Nebraska Ag Connection seeks a Resident Diesel Technician for Western Nebraska. You will repair CLAAS equipment at customer sites or in the shop, diagnose issues, and ensure service reports are accurate. This role requires travel within the region and occasional overnight stays. A diesel tech degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with 3–5 years in field service.

You will use SIS for parts, read schematics, and maintain strong customer service and professional conduct on every visit.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a diesel tech school degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field service technician experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and schematics.
• Must provide personal tools for the position.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally with possible overnight stays.
