Reporting to the Danoff Dean, the appointee will teach up to three courses over five years, collaborate with campus partners, and represent Harvard’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and student success.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required.
• Experience in student engagement in a residential setting.
• 10 years of relevant higher education experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the First-Year Dean’s Office, including budgeting and staff supervision.
• Collaborate with Deans and campus partners to support first-year students.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Athletics, Dining, Health Services to enhance student life.
• Teach three courses over five years and advise senior theses.
