Qualifications

• Terminal degree required.
• 10 years of relevant higher education experience.
• Experience in student engagement in a residential setting.
• Familiarity with Harvard College preferred.
• Willingness to teach as a Lecturer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee First-Year Dean’s Office, including staff and budget.
• Coordinate with campus partners to support first-year students.
• Teach three courses over five years.
• Lead first-year advising and residential life initiatives.
