Job summary

29th Street Property Management in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced resident services coordinator to plan and execute community events and programs for residents.

The role emphasizes effective communication with residents, helping them access social services, and collaborating with the leasing team to ensure a smooth move-in experience for new residents.

Qualifications

  • Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, property managers and supervisors.
  • Ability to maintain courteous and professional relations with vendors and other service providers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute community events and programs designed to meet the communal and individual interests of residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents to understand their needs and gather feedback on services and events.
  • Facilitate access to social services and other community resources for residents, including financial, educational and medical assistance.
  • Maintain meticulous records of resident interactions, program attendance and feedback to continually improve services.
  • Collaborate with property management to ensure that resident concerns and maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
  • Acts as point of contact for residents when communicating maintenance needs and/or service requests.
  • Acts as liaison between service team and resident, providing pertinent communication to either party as necessary.
  • Manages content for posts on social media outlets in which residents are the target audience.
  • Contributes to providing a pleasant move in experience for residents by assisting leasing team members where needed (for example: welcome home gifts or accompanying resident when completing the move in checklist upon move in, etc.)
