Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a PRN Concierge for the McCarthy Court and Homeplace of New Bern communities. The role greets guests, residents and staff, handles calls and messages, and provides general information.

Responsibilities include updating logs, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area. Qualifications include high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years customer service experience and/or training.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents and employees; manage external and internal calls and messages.
• Provide information, directions and assistance as needed.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for dining staff.
• Update logs, rosters and move-in/move-out records daily; maintain sign-in logs.
• Coordinate appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Maintain a neat, organized reception area and distribute mail to staff.
