Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties according to schedule in apartments, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum floors; maintain hallways and entryways.
• Clean, sanitize, and polish lavatories; stock dispensers as required.
• Scrub bath tiles, woodwork, window frames and sills.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a clean, orderly condition.
• Collect trash and manage community laundry.
• Keep commercial laundry areas clean and sanitary.
• Store cleaning chemicals securely and keep exits clear.
• Report repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
