Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in Maryland is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our team. The role involves answering phones, greeting residents and visitors, handling messages, and supporting daily operations in the community.

Evenings and weekends are required, with shifts ranging from 8am to 8pm. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience or related training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and perform reception duties as required.
• Take messages and relay to recipients.
• Greet residents and visitors and provide directions.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for staff.
• Update resident lists, rosters, and sign-in logs daily.
• Schedule appointments for residents and family members.
• Maintain neat desk and entry area.
• Distribute mail to residents and staff.
• Maintain forms for credits and adhere to policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our community is looking for a Concierge to join our team.

Experience Is Highly Preferred

The schedule includes evenings, and weekends. Hours vary, from 8a-8pm.

Responsibilities

• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
• Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors. Answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Collates brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.
• Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.
• Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
