Leisure Living is seeking a part-time Hospitality Specialist to create a welcoming environment for residents, guests, staff, and vendors. You will be the first point of contact, handling entrances, phones, and daily front-desk tasks with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office on Windows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen visitors at the main entry and respond to inquiries.
• Answer phones and route calls as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the main common areas to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist Life Enrichment with activities and monitoring during visits.
• Engage residents in activities and promote positive relationships with staff and visitors.
• Maintain front porch appearance and assist with general upkeep.
