Job summary

Sagora Senior Living at Bristol Park At Amarillo is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and guests in person and over the phone, help maintain a professional front desk, and support daily operations. You will handle calls, direct messages, keep the lobby neat, assist colleagues, and respond to security and emergency boards as needed.

A high school diploma and basic MS Office skills are preferred.

• Multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
