Sagora Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge for Asher Point of Arlington to welcome residents and visitors, answer phones, direct calls, and maintain a professional front desk presence.

You will support the community with daily operations, coordinate with team members, and provide accurate information while upholding Sagora's commitment to resident-first service. This full-time role requires a compassionate mindset, reliability, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community for security procedures.
• Provide information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
