Job summary

Sagora Bristol Park At Amarillo is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and visitors and to manage front desk communications. You will greet guests in person and over the phone, direct calls, and help maintain a clean, professional lobby.

You will support associates with front-desk tasks, assist with security rounds, and provide accurate information to residents, families, and the team. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around community for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
