Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet residents and guests, providing professional customer service.
• Manage the front reception area and inbound inquiries, routing as needed.
• Coordinate with staff and the On-site Community Manager on projects and events.
• Submit work orders for repairs and facility needs as they arise.
• Assist with lifestyle events and activities and supervise common areas as needed.
