Anthem Parkside at Merrill Ranch in Florence, AZ is seeking a friendly fitness staff member to maintain clean, welcoming facilities and deliver excellent resident service. The role includes opening/closing, event support, and cross-training to assist front desk operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in fitness/customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend availability is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or better.
• Minimum 1 year of fitness industry experience providing customer service.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Monitor safety and report hazards; submit work orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness areas.
• Store and organize fitness equipment.
• Enforce community policies with residents and guests.
• Open/close procedures and suggest improvements.
• Provide Front Desk Monitor coverage as needed.
• Assist with events setup and cleanup.
• Respond to emergencies with First Aid/CPR as needed.
• Oversee rock wall activities during hours.
• Perform other related duties.
