Job summary

Anthem Parkside at Merrill Ranch in Florence, AZ is seeking an enthusiastic fitness staff member to maintain clean, safe facilities and provide exceptional resident service. The role includes front desk coverage, greeting residents and guests, answering phones, and supporting front desk operations onsite.

Responsibilities include monitoring safety, keeping equipment tidy, assisting with events, and handling basic administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fitness and recreation areas for safety and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness equipment and areas.
• Organize and store fitness gear (weights, bands, mats).
• Enforce community policies and assist residents and guests.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
• Cross-train for Front Desk Monitor coverage and support admin tasks.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of events and activities.
• Respond to emergencies per First Aid/CPR and procedures.
• Operate and supervise residents using the rock wall during hours.
• Perform other duties as directed.
