Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for a part-time weekend schedule in our community. The role emphasizes creating exceptional first impressions, delivering outstanding service to residents and families, and supporting team members in a busy front-desk environment.

You will greet visitors, direct inquiries, handle calls, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience while upholding MBK's mission and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain required background clearance and health screening.
• Must provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment (within last 6 months).
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills.
• Positive, polished demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome and first impressions for residents, families, visitors, and prospects.
• Support sales by directing inquiries, tours, and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Answer and direct calls promptly with courteous, accurate information.
• Assist residents and families with questions and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities and events to answer inquiries proactively.
• Provide administrative support: logging messages, mail, packages, and reception area upkeep.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards and company policies.
• Understand and comply with applicable regulations and company procedures.
• Promote teamwork and open communication aligned with MBK values.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
