The position includes handling work orders, monitoring access and security, screening visitors, and assisting with packages to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be proficient with computers and Outlook, and prior concierge experience in residential settings.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with a computer and familiar with using Microsoft Outlook.
• Prior experience as a concierge in a residential building preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong professional presence and communicate clearly with residents and guests.
• Enter and track work orders submitted by residents or staff.
• Monitor building access and security, including cameras and entrances.
• Identify issues and escalate to the resident manager in a timely manner.
• Screen visitors and announce arrivals via the intercom system.
• Retrieve packages for tenants from the package room per established protocols.
• Keep the package room orderly and organized.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
