Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and coordinate deliveries.
• Provide information on amenities, services, and local events.
• Serve as central point of contact and relay messages to residents.
• Monitor entrances and enforce access control for resident safety.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations.
• Be on-site and move throughout the building to address matters.
• Ascend/descend stairs and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Adapt duties as needed.
