Qualifications

• Minimum 0 years of experience in social services or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and management skills to supervise and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for residents, families and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of social workers, counselors, and support staff.
