Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Community Manager to lead a property’s operations, drive occupancy, and deliver an exceptional resident experience. You’ll oversee leasing, maintenance, budgets, and compliance, building a high-performing team and partner with regional leadership to hit financial goals.

You’ll bring 3–5 years of multi-site property management experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. This is a full-time, on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Community Manager or similar role.
• Experience overseeing property operations and leasing.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations across maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
• Build and execute leasing, marketing, and retention strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.
• Own the numbers: rent collection, delinquency, budgets, and all financial obligations.
• Plan resident events and community engagement that make people feel at home.
• Prepare monthly and annual performance reports, including financials and occupancy metrics.
