Roundhouse Communities LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead a 300+ unit property, driving financial performance and the daily resident experience. You will own operations end-to-end and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service to residents.

Qualifications

• Three to five years as a Community Manager of a 300+ unit community.
• Real estate license, or ability to obtain one within 120 days of employment if required.
• Proven supervisory and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of the laws and regulations that govern property management.
• Genuine customer-service mindset and passion for the work.
• Strong desire to lead a team, both in role and in local community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations across maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
• Build and execute leasing, marketing, and retention strategies driving occupancy and revenue.
• Partner with Regional Manager to set property goals and plans to reach them.
• Own the numbers: rent collection, delinquency, budgets, and financial obligations.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain high service standards.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team on turns, work orders, inspections, and capital projects.
• Walk the property to ensure maintenance, curb appeal, and safety standards.
