Job summary

Qualifications

• Compassion for and desire to work with a senior population.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4-5 years of commensurate experience; Master’s degree preferable.
• Extensive cultural exposure through art, music and science.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead imaginative and varied programs that consider residents’ preferences and abilities.
• Research, plan and lead various outings; coordinate calendars and venues.
• Administrative tasks include daily schedules and monthly program calendar; liaise with families.
