Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Documents and reports maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Cleans resident apartments and common areas per schedule and checklist.
• Completes required documentation on time (logs, checklists).
• Removes trash following company procedures.
• Deep cleans apartments and common areas as scheduled and trained.
• Maintains a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Acts as a role model with a cooperative, positive attitude.
• Participates in education/training to meet state regulations.
