Sunshine Retirement Living is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to uphold our values by cleaning resident apartments and common areas with integrity and attention to detail. The role emphasizes presenting the community well to residents and guests while maintaining a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities include documenting issues, performing routine and deep cleaning per schedule, and supporting laundry tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior related experience preferred.
• Ability to perform housekeeping duties following sanitation and safety standards.
• Promptly communicate concerns with resident health or unsafe conditions to management.
• Effectively communicate in English with residents and staff.
• Meets state related requirements (as applicable).
• Ability to work in a team setting and be a positive team player.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and operations information.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• May assist with disaster management during evacuations.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards.
• Pass criminal record clearance, health screening and TB clearance if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Promptly documents and reports all maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Cleans resident apartments and Community common areas per housekeeping checklist and schedule.
• Submits daily checklists and cleaning logs on time.
• Removes trash per company procedures.
• Deep cleans resident apartments and common areas per schedule and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Serves as role model with responsible, cooperative attitude.
• Attends required trainings to fulfill regulations.
• Assists with laundry management and related duties.
