Job summary

Holiday by Atria is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming community interiors, including residents’ apartments, in a courteous manner. You will perform general housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning entryways, common areas, dining spaces, and apartments, plus cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.

Responsibilities also include deep cleaning of apartments, laundering linens, and following all sanitation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: general cleaning for community areas and apartments, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning entryways, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments; clean/defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change beds/linens, and ensure linen supplies; deep cleaning as needed; launder linens; follow sanitation procedures.
