Job summary

Exton Post Acute in Exton, PA, is seeking a Dietary/Dining Supervisor to lead daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring nutritious meals, high service standards, and regulatory compliance under the guidance of the Food Service Director. The role requires a high school diploma, ServSafe, supervisory experience, and passion for resident-centered dining; CDM preferred.

This full-time position offers daily pay and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• ServSafe Certification required (or ability to obtain after hire).
• CDM certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the dietary department to ensure nutritious meals and excellent service.
• Lead, coach, and support dietary team members while fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, orientation, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor food preparation, meal service, and tray accuracy to meet therapeutic diets.
