You will lead the dietary team, manage operations, and uphold our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence. The role includes promoting a clean and safe dining environment as well as addressing resident concerns to enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in food service.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or hospital preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and dietary operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the dietary department.
• Lead and support dietary team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering.
• Maintain records in accordance with facility policies.
