Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents and guests in a collaborative kitchen. You will follow menus and recipes, plate meals with proper portions, and support other kitchen staff as needed. A focus on freshness, safety, and teamwork is emphasized across shifts.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least three years of line cook experience, with strong communication to coordinate with supervisors and staff.

• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Prepare food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and prepared.
