Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Prepare food according to planned menus and standard recipes.
• Plate items with proper portioning and garnishing.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and follow supervisor directions.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and prepared.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
• Maintain freshness, proper seasoning, and cooking status of foods.
• Stock and clean station for next shift.
• Follow food rotation policies and maintain a clean workstation.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and security standards.
• Present a professional appearance with uniform and name tag.
