Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the Social Services Department to meet residents' well-being and ensure medically-related social services are provided per regulations.
• Complete social services components of comprehensive assessments and contribute to care plans tailored to residents' needs and preferences.
• Document social service actions in residents' medical records and ensure ethical and professional standards are upheld.
