HireCare Services is partnering with a leading skilled nursing facility in Warwick, RI to recruit a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN). As an RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, oversee clinical care on your assigned unit, and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program.
• Current Rhode Island RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per policies, orders, and care plans.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders accurately.
• Perform wound care and skilled nursing interventions as ordered.
